5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Postrr, including AI-generated content. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.

5.2 Content Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You acknowledge that:

  • AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for verifying all content before publishing
  • Postrr is not liable for any consequences of publishing AI-generated content

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with:

  • Twitter's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • All applicable laws and regulations
  • Copyright and trademark laws
  • Privacy and data protection laws

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create. By using Postrr, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Platform

Postrr, including all code, design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Payment and Subscription

7.1 Pricing

Pricing for paid features will be clearly displayed. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7.2 Billing

By subscribing to paid features, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

7.3 Refunds

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features with notice

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@postrr.online. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the Service or harass other users
  • Fail to pay for subscriptions

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTRR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Reputational damage from published content
  • Third-party claims

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Postrr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you create or publish
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights

Postrr integrates with third-party services (Clerk, Convex, Google Gemini). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or policy violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms
